Ben Brockert brings a unique blend of life experience, education, and determination to his work. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Ben spent his early years dreaming of becoming a football coach—an ambition that foreshadowed his lifelong passion for guiding others. After living in places like Illinois, Colorado, Louisiana, and Arkansas, Ben’s journey eventually led him to the world of law, where he helps clients navigate some of life’s toughest challenges.
Before his legal career, Ben was a licensed teacher and coach, working in Arkansas schools for over a decade. He even served as a special education director, advocating for students with disabilities. But in 2012, at the age of 35, Ben took a bold leap and went to law school. Since becoming an attorney, he’s represented federal employees in labor complaints and fought for parents of students with disabilities seeking the education their children deserve. Licensed in Missouri in 2017 and Arkansas in 2024, Ben’s diverse background gives him a sharp edge and a compassionate approach to his work.
What keeps Ben inspired? He says it’s all about helping people through difficult times. His goal is to be a steady, supportive guide when life feels overwhelming.
Outside of work, Ben is a man of many interests. He’s a movie buff, a sports fan, and a talented cook and baker who enjoys trying out new recipes. When he’s not whipping up something delicious, you might find him tackling a home project, planning a spontaneous day trip, or creating content for his YouTube channel.
At home, Ben is husband to the “most amazing woman” and father to a “one-of-a-kind” kid who lights up his world. With a big heart, a sharp mind, and a knack for navigating challenges, Ben is dedicated to making a difference both in his work and in the lives of those around him.
