Chad is extremely well-versed in Estate Planning. Our goal is that every estate planning client that enters our firm leaves with an estate plan that is tailored to their specific needs and situation. A good estate plan helps families plan and protect their assets.
If probate is needed, Chad is also very knowledgeable in that area. He worked for an Arkansas Probate Judge before joining wh Law, so he knows the Arkansas Probate Code and how to navigate the Arkansas Court System.
About Chad
Chad Taylor was born and raised in Benton, Arkansas, and has remained in Central Arkansas ever since. Chad firmly believes that there is no better place to be and no better people to serve than the ones right here in this great state.
Chad Taylor practices in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, and general Civil Litigation at wh Law. Chad takes pride in his work and says there is nothing better than diving into research and crafting strategies for his clients. He works hard to figure out the best way to use the law for his clients in each of his unique cases. Chad does not take well to failure, which drives him to always work his absolute hardest in all of his cases.
Before working in law, Chad’s first job was at a place called Turbyfill’s Outdoors. The job consisted of selling hunting and fishing equipment – a perfect job for Chad since he loves hunting and spending time outdoors. He fancies himself to be a good shot with a gun or bow. Chad hardly gets outshot in the outdoors or in the courtroom! Chad also enjoys golfing when he is not busy lawyering. Outside of being an attorney, his dream profession would be a deer hunting guide. At home, Chad has a fiancé, Amanda, and two dogs Gracie and Whit.
Chad is proud of the fact that he worked hard to put himself through college and eventually law school. He hardly received help from any outside sources and even worked two jobs. If this doesn’t show Chad’s capability and determination, I don’t know what will! Chad has since worked for a Central Arkansas Circuit Court Judge and is now a successful lawyer here at wh Law.
Chad has had many accomplishments in his life, but someone who inspired him is his grandpa. Chad says his grandpa always motivated him to do good. In the words of Chad’s grandpa, “just do the next right thing.”
