Lisa Harrison is a supervisory paralegal primarily working in the family law division of wh Law. She has been a paralegal longer than any teenager you know has been alive.
She loves working in family law and enjoys helping clients in their moment of need. She is a Texarkana native and 1989 graduate of Arkansas High School. She has a little sister who is also a paralegal working for the 102nd District Prosecutor’s Office in Texas. Lisa has worked in the legal field for 29 years, with 27 years as a paralegal.
Her vast legal experience includes work in personal injury law, criminal law, bankruptcy, domestic relations, probate and estate planning, oil and gas, and civil litigation. Prior to coming to wh Law, Lisa has worked as an office manager for a Texarkana firm and a supervisory paralegal at another Little Rock firm
She has additionally worked as the Deputy City Clerk for Texarkana in which she worked directly with the Mayor and City Manager. She retired from criminal law after the deaths of two friends and she became a full-time family law paralegal upon moving to Little Rock. Lisa loves sports. She played softball from age 5 to 33 and attends as many Razorback games as she can.
She also enjoys spending time on Lake Hamilton, playing golf, and attending concerts, food truck festivals, and Arkansas Travelers baseball games. She now lives in downtown Little Rock and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and best friend, Jase, her children, and her granddaughter (the world’s most perfect human being), Landry.
As a single parent for most of her children’s lives, Lisa is an extremely hard worker but is also very family-oriented.
When her children were growing up, she worked as many as four jobs at one time but still made time for her children, traveling all over the state for her son’s baseball games and her daughter’s dance competitions.
Lisa’s most memorable and precious memories are walking her daughter down the aisle and watching the birth of her granddaughter. Lisa is an invaluable part of the wh Law family and particularly to our Family Law division.
Unless you’re already a lawyer, you probably have questions. We believe in educating people on the law, even if they don’t use our services. Go ahead and dive in.
