We've had a very positive experience with WH Law. They're very responsive to questions and always keep us up-to-date on our case. I love that we have our own team that we're able to text at any time. If you're considering bankruptcy, this is the place, y'all. Their handling of your case provides a smooth experience rather than a stressful one. It actually feels like a fresh start!! Thanks, WH LAW!

Betsy Hickman is a wonderful attorney. She is responsive and thoughtful. I would use her again. The payment plans are fair and reasonable if you are on a budget.

We hired Stewart Whaley of WHlaw to help one of our employees with a DUI arrest that was pretty sketchy. We knew that being found not guilty of DUI was a long shot on the front end because the laws are stacked against the person arrested. Stewart was successful in getting the charges dropped without even going to trial. Our employee made a plea to careless driving in return for him being found not guilty of the DUI. Stewart facilitated him getting his drivers license back and the... suspension released on his vehicle. We cannot say enough about the incredible outcome Stewart was able to get. If you hire WHlaw and Stewart Whaley you won't regret it! Thank you Stewart Whaley!!read more

I would highly recommend Mr. Butler with wh Law. He started working on my case a little over a year ago. When he joined wh Law I had the pleasure of working with the great staff there. John answered all of my questions and made sure I was always informed about my case. Mr. Butler ended up getting the charges against me dismissed.

My daughters recently lost their father and are experiencing some probate issues. After four tries at finding an attorney to assist them, they had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dustin A Duke of WH Law. He consulted with the girls, listened to their concerns, and read over materials that they presented. After the consult he determined that he could assist. He is so knowledgeable in his field. He is about dealing with the issues at hand and everything else that could possibly surface. He is... honest, has great character, and very eager to help. Even if the outcome is not in their favor. He is a great attorney and will definitely be hired again for all of my family needs.read more

WH Law is very affordable, and willing to work with whatever situation you are in. They keep you updated. My boyfriend is currently going through a custody battle and they have been great so far. His lawyer Charlie Cunningham is great at what he does, and his assistant Kayla Marple is very understanding and helpful. Thank you guys for your efforts so far!

Chris was knowledgeable and approachable. He never ignored a contact request. My case never lay idle and when I was anxious, he was quick to provide knowledge and support. I don't want to have to have an attorney again, but if I do, Chris is the attorney for me!

Phenomenal law group. Brandon was patient with me and all my dumb questions. He walked me through the best options for my case and was blunt and honest. They were easy to schedule with and quick to respond to emails and texts. You can't go wrong using this firm

Josh was prompt, he drove from north Little Rock all the way to Hot Springs and was able to work out my grand parent visitations for me without any problems. I'd recommend this law firm, don't pass them over, go straight to them first they have the best communication portal set up and always answer your questions promptly. Thank you, Josh! Look forward to working with you all again in the future!

I love working with Kayla and Charlie! When I first spoke with Charlie to set everything up he was extremely helpful about the payment arrangements!! Instead of trying to make my payments larger he actually asked politely about my pay and pay days and suggested a lower pay plan than originally discussed because he didn’t want to “put me in a financial stress position “! Never had that happen before!Kayla kept me informed by text and was extremely patient with me as I asked the same... questions over again and asked silly questions! Very understanding of the emotional stress I was experiencing. At the first hearing Charlie met with my son and me before we went before the judge to do a trial run of the questions we would be asked and guided us with the best way to answer. Very professional and so down to earth at the same time. I will go to them with any legal help I need and also refer them to anyone that I know is in need of a lawyer.read more
