Hands down the best law firm I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Let’s face it anytime you need a lawyer it’s probably not going to good in your life. I came to Wh law because I had used them in my divorce years back and was so pleased with their services and the outcome. I felt like true justice was fought for and won. Well this time around I found myself needing a lawyer for Harrassment and wrongful termination. I was in shock, I lost my 42 year daughter last April 2022 to breast cancer. She had been heavily medicated and told me that she had taken care of EVERYTHING. The week after her death, I was trying to find a probate attorney, and I found Chad Taylor.Neither one of us realized the mess that had been left due to COVID, CANCER and misplaced money and not being given access to my daughters house and personal papers. Chad was sympathetic and more patient than I could muster. He had to make me... sit on my hands and shut my mouth more than one time, but he was nice about it but firm. We had to fight foreclosure on my daughter's house, so we could get it sold, but also had to find the money that had been placed inappropriately in a estate account of my parents, my daughter has been the executor of previously. You don't expect your children to die before you, so I had put my own home in my daughter's name, and when she became ill I tried to discuss it with her but she told me if she signed and added my name it meant she was dying and she said she was not going to die. As a mother, I just decided to let it go, but if Chad had not fought for me like he did, I could have lost my home that is paid off and been homeless This has taught me the nightmares that can happen if affairs are not taken care of before you die PROPERLY. Loved the process with them and wanted to work with this office. They were my first choice. But as a single parent in school my income is limited until I finish. They can work with you on potential payments but the payments were going to be so high I would never be able to make them each month if I could afford there payments money would not be issue for me I could afford a flat rate fee. Update: due to the response to my review I feel the need clarify the one star rating. I can't rate the... better since I won't be working with this office. But I can rate the that the process to speak is great but my issue for a poor rating they offer financing but it's a unrealistic financing. Someone who can't the flat rate fee and needs financing can't afford 400 to 500 dollars a month more than likely may not always be the case for everyone either. There should be more affordable financing options.read more

After reading the reviews in regards to their Family law I realize now that they are doing alot of people the same way that I experienced over the last couple of months.I was not properly represented, no matter how much proof I had that I was doing everything I possibly could do, it was never takin into consideration. We hired Stewart Whaley of WHlaw to help one of our employees with a DUI arrest that was pretty sketchy. We knew that being found not guilty of DUI was a long shot on the front end because the laws are stacked against the person arrested. Stewart was successful in getting the charges dropped without even going to trial. Our employee made a plea to careless driving in return for him being found not guilty of the DUI. Stewart facilitated him getting his drivers license back and the... suspension released on his vehicle. We cannot say enough about the incredible outcome Stewart was able to get. Lion Legal did for me in 10 days what these people couldn’t do in 3 months. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. They literally took my money & did not help me. My experience was awful. RUN. Lion Legal is 1000% better.

Provided me with such relief by filing while I paid. Payment plan was easy. They worked with me when I needed to change a payment date. Very friendly. Very reassuring. Quick to respond if you have to leave a message, or text. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Mr. Butler with wh Law. He started working on my case a little over a year ago. When he joined wh Law I had the pleasure of working with the great staff there. John answered all of my questions and made sure I was always informed about my case. Mr. Butler ended up getting the charges against me dismissed.

My wife went for a custody battle and was not represented by the lawyer at all. She was womanized and her lawyer did NOTHING. They stole our money. You pay a layer to defend you, not to sit and watch you get torn apart, and not use any evidence to defend you. We would like our money back now. Layers are supposed to be about justice and law..........NONE TOOK PLACE.

I as well would give a "negative stars" if I could. I have never worked with a company that had less professionalism and did not know what they were doing. Vanessa Adams clearly does not understand bankruptcy laws and creditor collections. After asking for a retainer then telling me she would bill for hours after that, she called me twice both calls no longer than 15 minutes in length, and then told me she had to let me go so she could pick up her kids. I had more conversation with the... receptionist that took my information. Then when I questioned her on the direction she was going with my case she sent me a letter and said she closed my case because she could not help. Vanessa Adams spent more time trying to use up the retainer I sent her than she did working on my case. The most ridiculous situation ever.read more

I contacted this office when my boyfriend's 4th amendment rights were violated.. And I wanted to discuss a payment plan and suddenly they told me they weren't going to take the case. I can only assume it's because they do not have the nuts to stand against ASP. If the police have done you wrong do not count on these guys.

WH Law is very affordable, and willing to work with whatever situation you are in. They keep you updated. My boyfriend is currently going through a custody battle and they have been great so far. I'd give less stars if possible. They took my fiance's money and literally did NOTHING and then supposedly sent an email and said the case was closed. I say supposedly because we never got it, the secretary ended up just telling him what it said because she couldn't figure out how to get it mailed or emailed. They need to get it together. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not waste your time, go to a real lawyer that will help you.

Josh was prompt, he drove from north Little Rock all the way to Hot Springs and was able to work out my grand parent visitations for me without any problems. I love working with Kayla and Charlie! When I first spoke with Charlie to set everything up he was extremely helpful about the payment arrangements!! Instead of trying to make my payments larger he actually asked politely about my pay and pay days and suggested a lower pay plan than originally discussed because he didn’t want to “put me in a financial stress position “! Never had that happen before!Kayla kept me informed by text and was extremely patient with me as I asked the same questions... over again and asked silly questions! Very understanding of the emotional stress I was experiencing. At the first hearing Charlie met with my son and me before we went before the judge to do a trial run of the questions we would be asked and guided us with the best way to answer.
