Cofounder Brandon Haubert has been working in the central Arkansas community for years. With a history in business, Brandon applies his knowledge of professional and personal relationships to his clients and serve them the best way possible.
Brandon grew up in Clarksville, Arkansas. There, he learned the most fundamental parts of lawyering: how to work hard, work smart, and work out problems with other people. Although he picked up the rest in law school and the first years of his practice, he firmly believes that what makes him an excellent advocate is what he learned growing up.
Before enrolling in law school, Brandon attended Arkansas Technical College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in business. Taking critical points from the business perspective he’d learned, Brandon applies many of the same to his practice today, where he emphasizes efficiency, excels in customer service, and practices effective communication. He believes he serves his clients best when the firm is running like a well-oiled machine—much like a business.
After graduating from Arkansas Technical College, Brandon went on to law school. There, he received Honors upon graduating with his Master’s in Business Administration. During his years there, Brandon built an excellent reputation with the members of the legal community when he clerked for the Arkansas Attorney General, Federal Public Defender, and various other firms in Little Rock. Going forward, Brandon successfully built his reputation around these essential relationships and reputation he has for honesty, sincerity, and care.
Three days after passing the Bar exam, Brandon co-founded whLaw. It was a process to get the firm off the ground, but looking back, Brandon wouldn’t do anything differently.
Today, he handles estate planning and probate, as well as litigation issues that accompany these fields. He also works on criminal defense and bankruptcy. He feels unique in his ability to wear both of these hats since most lawyers either want to draft the trust or fight the trust—but Brandon can do both.
With a lifetime full of experience excelling in building relationships and helping those around him, Brandon is excited about the future of wh Law. As the firm continues to grow, he hopes to serve more people better than ever before.
Wh Law is unlike any other team you’ll work with. With an experienced organization and compassionate staff, Brandon and the attorneys at wh Law excel in multiple practice areas, including:

Filing for bankruptcy might sound frightening, but with the right guidance, you’ll be surprised at how simple the process can be.
Bankruptcy happens when you owe more than what you can pay. This situation usually occurs after experiencing severe debt from life-changing events like illness, divorce, job loss, foreclosure, and other stressful situations.
There are two main times of bankruptcy you can declare, which are:
Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Arkansas is a process where you will attempt to be forgiven for your debts by selling your assets so you can start with a clean slate. This helps wipe out debts from credit cards, medical bills, and personal loans without a repayment plan.
Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Arkansas is often ordered by creditors and the court, which is the best route if you want to keep your property. This type of bankruptcy allows you to keep all of your assets but puts you on a three- to five-year repayment plan to creditors. You must have a consistent source of income to qualify for Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between being in debt and when you have to file for bankruptcy. If you’re unsure, then ask yourself these questions:
If so, then it’s time to consult with one of central Arkansas’ best bankruptcy attorneys. With wh Law’s free bankruptcy consultation, Brandon will be able to decipher your situation, explain the process, and assist you through it to achieve a debt-free life.
