Gina was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to Arkansas at the age of 18. As a child, she dreamed of becoming either an administrative assistant or a writer—two paths that, in different ways, influenced her journey later in life.
Her path to education and career was a unique one. After earning her GED at 19, Gina dedicated 18 years to being a stay-at-home mom for her three children. At 37, she returned to school and went on to graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business/Legal Assistant from ASU-Beebe at age 40. From there, she began building her career in the legal field—first doing data entry from home, then working in bankruptcy law for a decade. After gaining additional experience in trusts, wills, probate, and some civil cases, she found her way back to her passion: bankruptcy law, joining WH Law in 2025.
For Gina, the most rewarding part of her work is helping people. She finds fulfillment in guiding clients through difficult times, knowing that her support can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys fishing, watching movies, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. Family is at the heart of her life—she and her husband of 32 years have four children and eleven grandchildren, who bring joy and energy to every gathering.
