Stephane Porter

Raised in Central Arkansas, Stephanie grew up with a desire to become a nurse and help people in meaningful ways. Although her career path took a different direction, that drive to care for and support others has remained a constant throughout her life. Growing up in Arkansas instilled in her a strong sense of community, family, and hard work that continues to shape who she is today. 

Stephanie earned her EMT license from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton and spent four years working in emergency medical services. That experience sharpened her ability to stay calm under pressure and reinforced her commitment to showing up for people during their most difficult moments. From there, she broadened her professional foundation through office work and operations. Each role built on the last, deepening her organizational skills and her appreciation for meaningful, people-centered work.
